This is a sterling silver pearl clasp stamped 925 (silber as they are made in Germany) the standard for sterling silver. It is called a pearl clasp as it has a bar to catch the tongue of the clasp should it come undone so you wont loose your necklace / bracelet, it is one of the safest clasps around.

This snail shell is a substantial clasp and weighs 2.4grams.

Size: 15.8mm long from jump ring to jump ring, 9.7mm high, 6.1mm thick.

This is no longer stocked by the wholesaler so when its sold out its gone for good.
