Very similar to the Chinese Yin and Yang symbol    these are Czechoslovakian pressed glass Zoliduo beads, they come in 2 versions left and right, with a flat back.

In the picture the left hand versions are on the left and the right hand versions are on the right. 

If you place the bulbous end at the bottom and look for the longest curve on the left hand version the longest curve is on the left, and right hand version the longest curve is on the right.

Colour Remarks:-  NB. the left hand and right hand are slightly different colours the left is more red the right is more pink  in this 1st batch.     A note of caution, this bead is coated and  like all plated/coated items, the plating/coating may wear off, depending on how much wear/friction  the bead is subject to. Colours can vary between left and right versions.
