Size approx:-  18.5mm diameter,  x  5mm thick.   Hole is 1.2mm diameter.

The metal is sterling silver  which has been rose gold plated, the English term for this is silver gilt, in the USA it is called vermeil.  Rose gold is made by adding copper to the gold, giving a rosy glow.
