This is a top notch clasp,  it  has in total 25 cubic zirconia  which have all been millegrain set by hand, not glued in. Stamped 925 on the bar the standard for sterling silver.

Size approx:-  18mm long,  x  6.8mm wide x 3.4mm  thick.  

The metal is sterling silver  which has been gold plated, the English term for this is silver gilt, in the USA it is called vermeil.
