This is a beautiful versatile flower pendant in  sterling silver stamped 925  on the back. With a jump ring soldered to the back to put a chain through.

Can also be used as earring jackets if you buy two, by putting a small stud through the centre then putting the stud through your ear, you can use the loop to dangle somthing off them. You need to buy 2 if you want a pair of earrings.

Or you can take some thead from the back of the bead to the front put a bead on and go back through the flower and  just sew it to that something special.
