These are beautiful oxidised flower studs.   Stamped 925 the standard for sterling silver on the stem and the back of the flower.  Matching link available.

Size approx:-  11mm diameter flower (measurements do not include jump ring).   The jump ring hole is 1mm internal diameter.

Never open the attached jump ring, always use an additional 3mm jump ring, because if it breaks you have to replace the whole earring, replacing a jump ring is a lot cheaper: and it gives what every you are dangling off the earring more swing and more opportunity to catch the light and sparkle.
