 This is a great inexpensive cord to start to learn kumihimo with 1mm thick x6 or 8 cords the result will be quite a chunky necklace, and it will grow fast. 

Rat tail or rattail was invented in the USA it is a shiny cord made up of a coloured viscose outer a and a cotton inner dyed all through in 34 bright vibrant colours from the Beadsmith.

If you want to use beads on this cord you need Miyuki beads in size 6.

If you buy 2 lots of 5 meters it will come as a continuous length of 10 metres.
