These are Czechoslovakian pressed glass beads by designed by Sabine Lippert, who brought you dragon scales, but the hole is in the other direction and is more useful. They are a similar size to dragon scales.

Coating No:-  29573 Sliperit Full Matt      some of the coating is missing on the sides.

Colour Remarks:- This bead is plated/coated and like most  platings/coatings, may wear off depending how  much wear the bead is subject to.
