These are Czechoslovakian pressed glass beads called Diablo.   Very similar in shape to Preciosa's Pellet Bead.

Colour Remarks:   A note of caution, this bead is coated and  like all plated/coated items, the plating/coating may wear off, dependant on how much wear/friction the bead is subject to. 

Size:- 5mm tall x 4.6mm diameter, the length of the bead hole or waist of the bead is 3.9mm.
